#5, Magikarp...no big surprise. Even though it evolves into the most awesomest thing ever, nothing is worth raising a Magikarp. The only ilipat it knows is "Splash", which does absolutely nothing. Somewhere far down the line, it learns "Tackle" and can defend itself. Until then, it's just weak. The player will dump it in a day-care center and come back two years later to collect their prize. And to add insult to time wasting, when you defeat a Magikarp, you get an extremely low amount of experience.
