I chose Mega Mewtwo Y because it's the only one appeared in the movie and it is said to be stronger than Mewtwo X in the game too.

Mainly cause it's got Dragon Dance, Dragon Ascent, the Delta Stream ability taking away it's 4x weakness to ice making it only 2x, and it has the ability to mega-evolve without holding an item, so you can put life orb, weakness policy, or leftovers on it. This thing is broken O_O
