Obviously it's May. She's already competed in two grand festivals and she has tougher rivals(Solidad crushes everyones hopes and dreams), and at this point May has a ton of confidence and shows no fear in showing off her Pokemons attacks(just like Zoey said). Dawn winning the Wallace Cup was completely illogical, she wasn't half as good as she was when she entered, the creators gave her a huge push by making her win. And not only that but the judges screwed up on the scoring in her battle against May. Dawn didn't lose any points from one of Glaceon's Mirror Coats.
