Prudence Halliwell was born on October 28, 1970 in San Francisco, California. She is the firstborn child of Patty Halliwell, a witch, and Victor Bennett, a mortal. As a witch, Prue developed the magical power of telekinesis, which allowed her to ilipat things with her mind. On March 24, 1975, she was visited sa pamamagitan ng a future version of herself.
