It depends on how old you are, if you're experienced and if the story is interesting.

If your a good writer, then of course but if not, post it anyway because it will give you experience and it will improve your Pagsulat skills.
Make sure it's interesting and enjoyable to read.

I agee with Monrose,well it doesnt really matter how old you are because your Pagsulat skills doesnt Vary on your age but if you have some form of talent sure why not
