What should I do? Hes driving me crazy!

His name is Chris <3 we are really great friends. I really like everything about him! I have never felt this way about another guy! I might even pag-ibig him... and I'm not one to abuse the word. And he sinabi that he really likes me too. But he believes there is only one special person out there for him that God sent him, he wants to wait. Don't get me wrong I believe the same... but I believe God sent him to me, that he is my only... <3 and I'm willing to wait for him, do you think this is the right thing to do?
