A pagpaparangal To Anyone Who Can Answer This!

Can anybody tell me who to write to if I want to change the banner to another person's spot?
It looks like they haven't gotten on the spot in awhile(if they're still even on Fanpop!) and the other fans of the spot REALLY want to change them. I want to do it, but I don't know who to write to. So can anybody help me?

your best guess is to message the creator of the spot, but be careful, some permanent spots CANT change their banners and some creators have left their spots(like me for instance, i left one of my spots) and will prove hard to contact
