When you ask, people feel obligated to give you compliments.

No I don't actually! I don't because there is NOTHING wrong with asking someone how they look! I mean if you asked me how I look I would say no because I don't think it is important but there's no reason for someone to get mad about it!

I don't think your wrong to ask how you look. I just don't belive that looks matter. Also there are many people who have asked how they look and there are many people on her BESIDES me that are sick of it. Also do you look like trash? I think you can answer that yourself. You don't neeed others to tell you your pretty everyone is beautiful.

Plus, in a world where only looks count, people that don't care about them are rare, so sa pamamagitan ng asking this makes you seem like you're just wanting compliments.
And, if you are asking here, on the internet, how can you be sure people aren't lying to you? You can't.
If you want to know how you look ask people you really know. Not us.

i know my girlfriend doesn't like it when i compliment her looks because "its only skin deep" and she figures that amounts to nothing.
but i have asked her how she looks before and she described herself though she was reluctant to ipakita me a picture.
personally i think it depends on the person and where you meet them, this isn't a 'black and white' situation.

I like to ask how I look when I go to a party or something because I pag-ibig to hear others' opinions. And when someone is asking me I say what I think, good or bad. I think it's nothing bad. Am I wrong?
