How should I take my anger out?

I feel so angry. Felt this way for about 6 months or more.
I'v tried every thing except punching people.
But uy actions speak louder than words so susunod time i see someone i hate they're gonna get their asno kicked.
But meanwhile how could i take my anger out?

maybe hit a unan or something that reminds u of the people u hate. or get driven sa pamamagitan ng a lorry it always helps, (luky me i always wake up be4 the end) maybe try do do something else like shopping, go out with friends, have fun !!

i run a lot to keep fit... that helps i guess. but when i stop, after about 5 min i feel the same.

1.Write the cause of your anger out on paper and then burn it......works every time
2.Or go online with someone and angrily hit the key board or keys of ur computer/laptop etc
3.scream at the person u feel angry because of.
