cell phone or facebook?

i have a fb now.
i dont have a phone.
my mom sinabi that if i alisin my fb i can get a phone with unlimited texting.
so its like a trade...facebook for cell!! should i do it?

(also...if you think i should do the trade should i get a samsung comeback in purple or samsung smiley or samsung gravity t??? plz suggest other options too[i have tmobile])
