Anyone know what's wrong with my computer?

Here's the story.

My laptop was working just fine since I got it in April. But I brought it to the tabing-dagat house our family goes to every year. I turn it on and it wasn't working at all. I opened up the desktop, and I try to run my Sims 3 computer game. Then it froze! I didn't use it the whole week, hoping when I got tahanan I can finally get back on like I've always been doing. I get home, and it hasn't been doing squat!!! It freezes after I try to do something, I turn it off and on but there's still no progress, and I am purely, honestly possess right now!!!!

Does anyone know what the h3(( I should do????!!!!

Just so you know, I'm using my phone to write all this and my fingers HURT!!!

Uninstall the game and reinstall. If that doesn't work, it may have something to do with the quality of the picture or how much screen room is needed for the game.
