What are your thoughts of gay rights?

I’ve been seeing a lot of things about gay rights and how they are wrong & people should go to hell for being gay. I find that really repulsive and I, myself am not gay. People make this whole homosexuality thing way out of proportion. Its like saying, “I don’t like you because of who you like. You should go to hell for that.” So if we were all born gay, would it be sinful if you came out straight?

The topic of being gay should not even be brought up as a big deal because, wouldn’t God want you happy regardless if you like male or female? If being gay is sinful, what about sex before marriage? Isn’t that a sin in the bible too? Why isn’t that talked enough? I never hear anyone talk about that ever. What about murder? That’s a huge sin in my book, but no one ever seems to talk about it.

I have a ton of Christan friends, I pag-ibig them all to death. I have total respect for them & their opinions. But I have my beliefs too. Some things aren’t brought up, that should be brought up. But being gay is something that some people take way too seriously. I don’t see why, if you’re being you, then what is so bad about that?

I think that gays deserve rights that everyone else has.

99% of all human DNA is identical. That 1% is all that makes us different, that's all. And if that's the only thing that makes us so different, then sa pamamagitan ng God, everyone should have the same rights, no exceptions.
Besides, I have a lot of gay friends. They're really no different than anyone else, I don't see why people make such a big deal over something as silly as sexual orientation. We're all human and we all need the same things; Food, water, shelter, space, and yes, love.

pag-ibig is love, no matter what sex pag-ibig what sex. I believe gays should have rights and people should be able to marry whoever they want to!

I think they should have the same rights as anyone else. Why should we deny them consistutional rights such as marriage just because they're different?

its not like they are different, its like religion, just because they believe in a different god doesn’t mean they are a bad person. If someone wants to be gay, good for them! They can be whatever they want to be!

It's not about "gay" or "straight"... it's about RIGHTS for everyone, no matter what race, size, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.

uy ppl this is my opinion. I'm christian but that doesnt mean I dont think gays should be able to marry. pag-ibig is pag-ibig and it comes in all shapes in forms so you cant control if your gay or not. Im not gay but i think that they need to have rights as they are people just like us , and if we were gay and in pag-ibig we would want rights. Im not saying I fully accept people being gay but they still deserve rights!!!

I say equal rights. My brother is gay. He is in pag-ibig with his boyfriend, but the law wont let him share that pag-ibig in marriage.

I believe they have the right to be treated as human beings and quit treating them like they're nothing

pag-ibig is supposed to be between a man and a woman, females were born on earth for a reason.

If anything it should be a sin to judge people and restrict their happiness over fear or ignorance. I am straight and have no problem with others being happy ^^

People need to treat them like any other human being, have rights like any other human being, and let them be whatever they want to be, to all homophobes what's the big deal? Why do you think it's a bad thing? If you don't want to be a homosexual than don't be! What's it for you?
