I'm really embarrassed about this, but I have a super bad habit; I bite my nails. It makes it really hard to paint my nails, because they are so small. Any ideas on how to stop biting my nails?

They sell this nail polish (which is clear sa pamamagitan ng the way) and it has a mapait taste. I tried it and I stopped biting my nails, 'cause it tasted like shit. I don't know if they have it where you live (I live in Chile)

My Aunt did that then she just acted as if she didn't have nails to stop but you could try what she did idk :/

Put tape om your nails

Put something like polish remover or soap on them so you'll avoid biting them to avoid the bad taste. Eventually you'll get used to avoiding biting your nails you'll just stop. That's what my mom did.

i bite mine, but i bought this like clear under amerikana for bails, like nail polish, that you put on, it tastes nasty when you taste it, so... i dont bite mine much any more, its like antinail bite stuff

hmmm... That's a common and hard to break habit.
What I suggest is that you tell someone you always stay with (for example, if you're always with your brother/sister) to nudge you or something everytime they catch you biting your nails. Or you could try something outrageously ridiculous and do something to make your nails smell funny. :P
