i want to grow taller but i am not suposed to grow any madami what do you suggjest doing im nly 5 foot

There's nothing you can do to make yourself grow. If you want to avoid stunting your growth, don't lift weights, don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs, and don't overdo it with the caffeine.

If you're only 14, you still have about 4 or 5 years to grow. If you just recently started puberty, you might expect a big growth spurt soon.
If you started puberty a while nakaraan and already had a growth spurt, don't expect too much, but don't rule out growing.

If both of your parents are very short, don't expect much either.

Put your feet into a pot, put dirt in the pot and water yourself then you'll grow into a beautiful flower! :D

There's nothing I can do to help you but I payo you to drink lots of milk. & ofcourse you suppose to grow up till the age of 18. It also depends of how tall your other family members are. don't worry , maybe you'll become taller when you'll be older ;)

well im 6.1 foot tall n i only get taller wen i get sick so ALwayz Get SicK!!!

Playing sports like volleyball and basketbol is the fastest and most effective way to help you gain height. Apart from that, you shoud have a full, healthy diet and avoid things like alcohol, caffeine and smoking that can slow down a teen's physical development.

You cannot make yourself grow taller.

i'm only just over 5ft and i'm nearly 16! it doeant look like i'm going to grow anymore so will just have to accept that being small is for me.you can always wear heels.
anyway they always say that the best things come in small packages xx
