That's what I do. I have depression problems sometimes but when I'm with people I pag-ibig and they pag-ibig me and support me, it really helps. I also tell myself it's okay. It helps.

If you've been feeling this bad for two weeks (which is the time frame ibingiay for diagnosing clinical depression), then you might need to seek medical help. If it's a matter of having had a couple of low days, then sometimes you just have to wait it out. The others here have ibingiay great advice: try to connect with friends, even if you don't feel like it, listen to music you love, or focus on the things that make you happy. It will pass.

If you've been feeling this bad for a month, is it possible to see a doctor to get a firm diagnosis? In the meantime, you can check out Web MD and tumawid reference your symptoms to the ones listed. That won't help you to feel better, but you'll be madami informed when you see a doctor.

Listen to your fav song eat ur fav snack and try and relax a little and think of all the good times you've had in life, it should take ur mind off the events you've been through and hopefully make u feel a little happier too. :) I hope I helped

I really don't know of any cure to depression. I think different things work for different people. For me, I listened to my paborito songs, took long walks to clear my head, wrote in a journal, etc. Somewhere along the line, I started to feel better. You should just try to find things that make you feel a little better. Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, you should talk to someone. If you don't think you can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.

And whatever you do, don't use pagkain or alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.

It may take a bit of time, but it does get better. I'm sure your friend would want you to be happy. Whenever you need to talk, find a friend or family member. If nothing else, I'm sure there are others besides myself on fp who be willing to listen. Take care of yourself.
