Get the opposite part of the string end and shove it into the place where you gonna get mga sanggol and Voila! done. to take it out pull the string which should be there. If you want an easier way (cos its gonna hurt) there a thing that you can insert it with....

All tampons come with an instruction pamphlet--but this is really important: make sure you choose the right absorbency. They range from "lite" to the dreaded heavy flow. You don't want to use a heavy flow on a lite day.

if u don`t want it to hurt use a pad there easy and they don`t hurt.

Never used one before but I'm told that if you want to stick it in properly you should lift up a leg, remain relaxed (because it's harder to stick it in if you are tense) and stick it in.
