Do you like my drawing?

It's good. The shading is excellent, and you made the right choice adding some strands of hair sticking out at the side of the person's head. It makes it look slightly madami realistic. But I have a few suggestions. Do the same with the fringe-add some loose strands. And you should consider adding fine lines along the person's hair for detail. Oh yeah, and if you are going for an anime-style character, please make the neck thinner. That's all. Good luck. ^^
