Photoshop for RP(Roleplay) + Name???

Okay, so I have no idea how to photoshop stuff and I'd really like to put the symbol susunod to the girl as a tattoo on her arm. Is there a video on youtube that could ipakita you how or could someone kindly do it for me, also if you have any cool names for her that would be great :) Last name is Wynter (17 taon old Sagittarius)

P.S. She is a Dhampir from a Noble Family that was massacred, she is one of the only known survivors
