How it works is like this: Yes you have to be active in the particular club that you want to get a medal in, but not only that, people have to tagahanga the stuff you post on as well. Fanning is important if people don't fan, then there is no way you'll get a medal. It's all about popularity - the madami fans you get for your stuff, the better the chance you will get at receiving a medal. Also the type of medal is distinguished sa pamamagitan ng how many fans are on your stuff. When you relieve it, well Fanpop just randomly gives it to you, not any one in particular.
