I need your help.

I got a restraining order against my uncle. and we went to court and they got a LAWYER FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER! And they asked for madami time so we go back in october. And i dont know how to handle myself. I might break down yell punch, the listahan goes on. but him and the rest of his family are being jerks. I dont know how to handle myself in this situation! Can you guys help me???? like some payo or help or something PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep or do anything.Can you please help me?

whatever happand between you and your uncle is between you and him and the court...just try relaxing for a few minutos when you feel overwhelmed find something to distract your thoughts on it and im sure your family is upset about this so that is probably why there pagganap the way they are (sorry if i wasnt much help)
