a lot of people at school randomly started calling me emo. I didn't do anything to them to make them say that. Is it because of the music or the people i hang out with?

"Emo" labels people who are most likely depressed and who self-injure. Now, my impression of you can't be one hundred percent correct, because you could. I'm just saying that I doubt that you fit the paglalarawan of "emo." The label that madami fits you would probably be "goth."
