I've been wondering this tanong for a long time. I find the best way is to hurt them in your mind whenever you see them. For example, whenever I see the demon, aka this stupid girl, I mentally stab her and I feel better. I know that sounds bad, but there's no way I could get real revenge on her. Other way is to act totally happy in front of them. I know someone who's ruined your life is not one you're going to forgive no matter how many people tell you to. Just try and ignore them. or you could send them to Russia//shot

And ruining that persons life makes you no better than them, you'll lower yourself to their level.
