Anyone know what could've caused this?

So, I was having this dream last night where I was under water and I was sinking to the bottom. I was trying to grasp some air but I couldn't. Then when my feet touched the bottom of the water, I stopped breathing. My puso stopped too. Then I jolted awake and started breathing again, it was sort of like how you go under water for a while then come back up trying to catch your breath. And I was wondering what could've caused this, anyone know?

It's called sleep apnea. Most sufferers are this also suffer asthma and being over-weight and have to wear an oxygen mask to ensure they breathe madami easily in case of puso attack but everyone has it at some point in their life so i wouldn't worry about it. I get sleep apnea when having nightmares, and my partner has it when he sleeps in a certain way, but neither of us have asthma or are over-weight. If you're still worried about it, or if it happens madami frequently then every so often, i suggest you go to your doctor.

My grandma says that when stuff like that happens in dreams, it's really happening to your soul.
