Well it's really rare for me to get angry, but when I do I snap out of it in like two minutes, but whenever I just wanna relax just to relax I usually read a good book on a comfy sopa or something .w.

I'm a pretty easy going person so it's rare for me to get angry. But when I really do I manuntok at my punching bag to calm down. Lay down and just think about all of the positives. Walk around outside. Maybe read a book~
What helps me is spending time with my boyfriend. If I can't do that - watching anime, talking about it, taking a shower, listening to music, or finding some comic relief all might help.

Listen to music, yell about it to my mga kaibigan (Only 2 people I really yell about it to <3) cry, watch MPGiS and cuss and scream like Brittany Matthews. Pretty much vent it out until I'm better. Or sleep it off. EXCALIBLAST EVERYTHII- I mean Calmy discuss the matter with friends. It works. A lot. :3
