My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

pasta and white tinapay are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Also, try to manage your diet in the susunod few months. Eat lots of fresh prutas and vegetables (not tinned), lean meat, brown tinapay and pulses (lentils, etc). Try to cut down on sweets, tsokolate and crisps (potato chips, if you are American).

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the pagkain you eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff you need to get through the day. Would that help, do you think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1

On the tuktok of my head, you could go out and ride a bike each day. Don't know if that's an "effective" way to loose calories and weight but if you want easy, it's a good thing to do.
