Talking is the only way that'll ever happen. Just shoot them a message or say hello once. A conversation will start up.

I belong to several clubs, some of which I am madami interested in and visit quite often. I have noticed that there are a few familiar members. I have started up conversations, sometimes in response to questions, sometimes sending them a personal message (not on their wall).

There are also a few of the people here at the aklatan that are now on Fanpop, that I am very good mga kaibigan with. Sometimes, it is harder to make real mga kaibigan when you are not able to talk to them in person. But, if you keep trying, you will be able to make some real mga kaibigan on line.
