...it makes him pathetic (same for women, vise versa). if you'd rather find sex than pag-ibig in a relationship then your portraying relationships as meaningless and hollow. it's sad when society thinks it's alright to just have another human being for your pleasure if they think the same way about you. the madami we think like that, the madami meaningless pag-ibig becomes. pag-ibig is what sets humans above animals, when we disregard it for personal pleasure, it's disgraceful.

it's different when you have sex with somebody who you have true feelings for and actually have a meaningful relationship with them.

if you just want pleasure, use your hand.

It would be shallow to say that just because a man has an unacceptably high sex drive that he is simply an animal, as sex drive alone does not determine a person's standing on the hierarchy of living things. Other things that can determine such standing would include creative ability, ability to construct, and so on.
So no, it does not necessarily make him an animal.

Or you can look at it this way. A human male is a human, and biologically speaking, humans fall under the category of "animals", making him, yes, an animal.
