what do people usually misunderstand about you?~

It's difficult for me to understand things others are doing because I have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder)... often get bullied for having it...I wish I wasn't born with ADHD, then I'd be a normal person, just like everyone else

Also, another thing people don't understand about me is that I can't push myself, like in gym class, I can't do some things because of my pacemaker...I was born with puso block, so the pacemaker helps my puso function...if my puso stops beating, the pacemaker sends a shock to it to make it work again...which is why I can't do sports like all my mga kaibigan and get trophies and awards for it >:( but for a while now, I haven't had to use my pacemaker (good thing), my puso has been fine

People misunderstand me in general, really.
I guess it comes with being somewhat of an enigma.

For example, I come across as either very logical or very sensitive, and people will usually assume I'm one or the other, and they're always shocked when they find that I'm very much both.
Things like that.

People also tend to think that I'm either 12-14 or 20-23. Never in between.

That I can't think/do things sa pamamagitan ng myself and always need help when I can. I just choose not to. 😋

~ and i hate when people automatically assume im straight. like. all the time. "do you like any boys?? i bet all the boys are chasing you!!! just wait til you have a boyfriend", etc.

My political affiliation. People think because I own guns, therefore I'm conservative. But no, people don't realize libertarians exist.

People misunderstand a lot about me
My feelings, my personality, my temper, my ego, my emotions, my thinking, blablabla, no one will understand

The several aspects to my personality.

Most people take me to be a cold, introverted, prideful, loner, nerd that is selectively nice (at school mostly). Don't get me wrong, its all true, particularly how I act at school, but most think thats all there is. *yawns* Thats fine though.


Oh that and the fact I'm super strong and nothing ever bothers me. >.> I dont get why anyone would think that anyone is that strong.

People tend to think that I am angry all the time cause I don't smile to everyone who looks at me. Which is untrue. What people don't understand is that just because I don't smile all at every single person who I come in contact with doesn't mean I am angry.

My shyness is often mistaken for aloofness, or disinterest in becoming mga kaibigan so they often end up creeping away after unsuccessfully trying to get to know me and break me out of my shell...

How I can be so neat for school, but my room be so messy. God I am going to pity my college roommate.

People misunderstand a few things about me:
1. That I am either a lot smarter than I am or not smart at all. Those that know my brothers think I must be very smart. Those that know I am out of a job think that I am not smart enough to get one. Also, when it comes to business they think just because I am a girl I do not know as much as they do (guys that is).
2. Some people think I am mad at them when I don't acknowledge their presence. When I am out - I usually have a ton of stuff on my mind and I really don't notice them - same thing when I get on the computer here at the aklatan - people think I know that they came in and I am upset about something they did.
3. That I am hard of hearing. I am a bit - but not as deaf as they think. When I ask tanong it is to get a better understanding on what they are saying - not that I did not hear what they said.
4. My humour sometimes. When I am on line, things sound better in my head than it does in writing. Also, when I make references (from a song / movie / TV show) like "my spidey senses are tingling", they look at me funny.

There are more, but those are the major ones.

People just don't understand me in general. Sometimes they get things right, but I'm blamed for things I didn't do quite often. At a sleepover I went to we had to right a paper about who we were. I sinabi descriptions of myself, but I really don't know who I am. But other people think they know who I am. So in short, nobody knows who I am! (NOT EVEN ME!)

People think i'm hella weak
But i'm strong, but in certain ways :3

That I am supposed to be sensitive to everything and everyone. They don't understand my indifference.
That I am weak-minded or naive.
Among tons of other things.
