I don't actively hold grudges just for the sake of being mapait and as an excuse to bring things back up. But I rarely forgive people. If someone did me wrong I just cut them out and forget them, minus the forgiving part. They just become nothing.

Present. Very much so. Thinking too much on the past will get you depressed and thinking of the future too much will stress you out. Particularly since both are generally hard to control.

Depends on who you are. I either hold the largest grudges or forgive madami than I should.
