Where do people find icons?

Oh most of us that change it so often make the icons ourselves.

If you ever find an image you want to be an icon I could always make it for you. XD Ive made probably near a thousand or so icons sa pamamagitan ng now. I really enjoy making them

But essentially you paghahanap up whatever you want an icon of, you find an image that you think would make a good icon, take it to some kind of editting software (or paint if you dont plan to do much to it), and at the very least, crop the image to be the size you need it to be (square)

You can get madami creative with it the madami your practice too

I usually used link to edit and crop and all cause its like Photoshop but online free and has no downloads. Not as good as Photoshop but definitely plenty enough.

Well, most of the time I find them ready on the web but when there isn't a specific one I want, I just download the image and crop the outer parts making the icon !!!!

most of the time, i usually use google. for example: "_____ icon", but there's a likely chance that you won't get what you want. a good example would be for certain games, like Overwatch or Witcher. if you paghahanap "overwatch icons", a majority of the results would be in-game buttons or player icons, when you wanted something specific.

usually, when i don't get the results i want, i paghahanap something different, like "overwatch tracer" or find screencaps/fanart of a certain thing you want (permission might be needed if you paghahanap for fanart). if you find something you like, use it!

if you like the entire image, and feel like it's good enough to use as an icon, then there's your icon!

although, if there's a small portion of the image you like, crop it! i know people might use pixlr or some other kind of photoshop, but i just use ms paint because that's easier for me. if you use ms paint, and the small portion you like ISN'T in the top-left corner, then use "select" (drop-down menu) on the editing toolbar, and choose "select all" which allows you to ilipat the image and resize (but i don't recommend you to resize in ms paint because it usually ends up losing it's quality). you always have to ilipat what you like to the top-left corner for some reason.

then, you crop the rest of the image to the small portion you wanted! if you want, you can use some litrato editing program or site, like pizap, pixlr, or picmonkey (i mostly like picmonkey, but it has a watermark, so leave a little bit of a white uncropped area on the picture, and then crop that part out)

Riku pretty much summed it up but. I either use Livejournal, Tumblr,Photobucket,etc for my icons.

Sometimes I make them. I have a pretty cool litrato viewer I downloaded that doubles as an editor as well. The one I have currently isn't created sa pamamagitan ng me though.

I usually make them myself. I type link on Google and I go on this site and link and I create any pics I want as an icon.

My icon is of my character~ so I get art of my character and make it into icons
