Is there a reason why Fanpop forums seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the walang tiyak na layunin club forums.
sagot seem madami like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, Forums lets you post multiple times (Answers lets you do it under certain buggy steps). presinto sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game pagtitip. site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering tanong and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes Fanpop forums are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about sagot and presinto make it seem madami discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a tanong and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.
