I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!
I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the puso please help me.:(
Just eat better, exercise a little madami and drink pleanty of water. Just don't go on a crash diet, you could end up in the hospital!P:S don't put any madami personal info like that on here again, you don't know what kind of people are out there.
I would just cut off snacking, maybe start running…but don’t try to lose it too fast, you’ll get sick. And don’t post personal stuff on here, I’m a nice person ;) but you don’t know who else is here. Don’t feel terrible-you are who you are, and that’s great! Exercise, even though you won’t drop ten pounds every day, will release endorphins and make you feel better.
Well do anything as long as you don't get an eating disorder. That will end badly. Also there is no quick solution to loosing weight fast. It takes time. So don't get upset if you don't loose weight as soon as possible
I dont know that much about waight loss and stuff, but I'd just say exricize more, find a sport u think is fun, so u will forget your exrisizing. Eat your paborito prutas instaid of basura food, and drink lots of water. And know that you are beautiful no matter how much you waigh. Be comfident in yourself, and everyone will see that ;D Good luck in starting high school! This is my Freshman year, and its really fun!
Well, there are a lot of things that contribute to it. Firstly, you should try to bring down your stress level. Lots of stress actually contributes to weight gain. Make sure you get plenty of sleep as well. Eat healthy. You don't have to give up yummy candies and things completely, but yourself to only a few things. If you need help with that, there are some good programs to help with that, such as Weight Watchers. Also, exercise! If you at the very first gain a bit of weight from that, not to worry! It's muscle. After that starts, you'll lose weight! It won't be quick, I'm afraid. It'll take several weeks, but that's the healthiest way to do it! (There's always Lyposuction, but I wouldn't recommend that unless absolutely necessary).
All I can really tell you is trade in any regular snacks with just one that will help fill you up more. sa pamamagitan ng cutting out snacks and eating healthier foods, you will feel madami full and also, learn to eat healthier. Don't diet. They don't work and could make you sicker. I have asthma too. Mine is exercise in dosed. This makes it harder to run around and have fun,but if you take small breaks it won't be so tough. If I know that I am going to be moving or running around a lot I take my inhaler before. Doing this helps to make your breathing easier while you exercise. My doctor suggested this to me, but you may want to ask your doctor first if you aren't sure. Also, stop worrying about your weight, it makes you weigh more. sa pamamagitan ng being happy and proud of yourself you lighten your spirit and you loose a little weight too. Besides as long as you think your good looking that is all that matters. Hope this helps.
