i'll give pagpaparangal to any who tells me how to upload a picture and put it as a icon

1)Where is says "About Me" on your bista sa tagiliran page, look below sa pamamagitan ng your icon for "upload photos" and upload a litrato you like.
2)Click on Browse and slect a litrato you'd want to be your icon.
3)If you want it to be your user Icon then also click on "Make this image my user icon"
4)Click ibigay Image.

you should have a new User Icon.

Okay...go to your profile...see your user icon?? Go to it and click upload photo. (Be sure to have a picture that you saved first, though!) Anyways, put a little check in the box that says, "use as user icon" if you want to, otherwise, just leave that alone. Then, just press "choose file", click the picture file name that you want, and then press upload. Wait for it to upload, and you have it!
