1-Accept that it's already happened to you. It's your life history now. You can never changed the past but you must accept it with new belief that future could be better and try to madami be focused on the future. Leave the past behind so ilipat on. Remember, life always has ups and downs.

4-Smile and relax. This can help you to be madami positive. Just remember something happy that ever happened to you. Or if it's too hard, just remember that if you moody all the time, it also can't help you to change the past but with just a smile, you can change tomorrow
5-Believe in a "higher purpose": Use your faith. See how capable you are to defeat stress about the past sa pamamagitan ng believing. Always think of your beliefs no matter how big your problem is. In every test, there can be some benefits of it. Try to figure them out. Perhaps, talk to a friend about this or an enthusiastic, knowledgeable believer in what you believe
6-Go and do something you like. Let's say you pag-ibig to paint but didn't do it in a very long time. Why don't you just take out all the brushes and art blocks to do something creative with it? Who knows with just a drawing, you could gain something. In every line of your drawing, it is so valuable. Do everything you want as long as you are happy and it doesn't break the rules
7-Say yes to tomorrow. Don't ever try to hurt yourself or whatever for the past. It doesn't worth at all. You should take the past as one challenge so you have to do better in the future and make sure it will not happen again to you.
8-Take a piece of paper and get your revenge. If you are never satisfied with what happened in the past or whoever that involved with it, just write this in words as you actually want to tell them. Say everything you always wanted. After you finish write all of that, tear the paper and make it as small as you can. Bet you will feel relieved.9-
Seek somebody to ask for help. A counselor is one of them. When you meet them, listen to each word they tell you and try to practice it. While listening to them, you have to feel relaxed.
