Episode 15: Fireworks
Liam was in The Nut House having a hot dog, and french fries.
Kevin: *Walks in*
Liam: *Waving to Kevin*
Kevin: *Walks over to Liam* uy Liam.
Liam: What's going on Kevin?
Kevin: I'd like to ask you a question. Have you ever seen the fireworks in Lambertville?
Liam: No. I don't even go to Lambertville.
Kevin: Perhaps you'd like to go with me on Friday night.
Liam: Thanks for the invitation and all, but I'm not sure if I want to go. Fireworks are nice and all, but every time I go to see them, something bad happens to me.
Kevin: Like what?
Liam: Either I get stuck in traffic at the parking lot for an hour, or I get attacked sa pamamagitan ng mosquitoes, and a few other annoying little bugs. Even worse, I had both of those happen to me once.
Kevin: Hm, okay. I never had that problem in Lambertville, but if you still don't want to go, nobody's forcing you.
Later at home, Liam was pagbaba a book on his sopa when his phone rang.
Liam: *Looks at the screen* It's from work. *Answers his phone* Hello?
Boss: Liam, our store's being closed for the remainder of the week for maintenance reasons. I'll call you again to let you know when to come back.
Liam: I understand. Thanks for giving me the heads up.
Boss: Anytime. *Hangs up*
Liam: Well, at least I got some extra free time. Now what am I going to do?
Kevin was placing groceries in his refrigerator when his phone rang.
Kevin: *Picks up his phone* Hello.
Liam: You still going to Lambertville Friday night? I'd like to sumali you.
Kevin: Cool. I'll come sa pamamagitan ng your place to pick you up at 4 PM.
It was 3:57 when Kevin arrived at Liam's house.
Kevin: *Rings the doorbell*
Liam: *Arrives* You sinabi 4. *Laughing* How are you Kevin?
Kevin: Good Liam. You won't be disappointed when I ipakita you what they got down there.
First, they went to an Italian restaurant called Giuseppe's.
Liam: A bit of a walk from where we parked, but at least we don't have to use any parking meters.
Kevin: Barely anyone goes there anyway, so we won't have to worry about it being crowded. *Opens the door* After you.
Liam: Thanks. You know this is the first time I ever had Italian pagkain while going to a firework show.
Kevin: I told you that you wouldn't be disappointed.
Liam ordered spaghetti with meatballs while Kevin had a maliit na bola ng karne sub.
Liam: *Enjoying his spaghetti*
Kevin: When it comes to maliit na bola ng karne subs, I prefer Napoli's, but these guys do very good as well.
Liam: I'm certainly enjoying the meatballs with my spaghetti. No doubt about it.
Kevin: There's another place I'm going to ipakita you once we finish.
After dinner, the two mga kaibigan went across the Delaware River, into a town in Pennsylvania called New Hope.
Kevin: Blue ibong dagat has the best nagyelo yogurt to offer, especially with it's toppings.
Liam: I never had nagyelo yogurt before, but some people say it tastes like ice cream.
Kevin: It does.
Kevin got tsokolate with caramel, and gummy bears. Liam got vanilla, with M&M's, peanuts, and tsokolate fudge.
Kevin: You're enjoying this, right?
Liam: So far.
Kevin: That's good. Take a look to the right out there.
Liam: *Looking down the Delaware River* What am I looking at?
Kevin: You probably can't see it from here, but we're going to be out there on a wing-dam. It's like an ordinary dam, but it only blocks a portion of a river, instead of the entire river itself.
Liam: Interesting.
Kevin: With the current, it'll make you feel like you're on a ship. At least, that's how I feel.
Liam: This sounds exciting.
Kevin, and Liam walked on a bicycle path for a short distance, and then they walked down a burol onto the wing-dam. There were only a few other shapes on the dam already, so Kevin and Liam would have a perfect view of the fireworks.
Kevin: Anytime you want to cool off, jump in the water, but make sure that you don't bring your phone with you, or your wallet.
Liam: Right. I'll just leave them with you.
Kevin: Alright, and when you get back, you can watch over my phone, and wallet.
Liam: Sounds good.
Kevin and Liam had a good time in the water together. They spent two hours swimming around the dam. When the sun started to set, they were both sitting susunod to each other.
Kevin: Now, the ipakita will start in three, two, one.
Liam: *Watches a firework go off*
Kevin: *Watches two madami fireworks go off*
Liam: Lovely.
Kevin: Wait'll they start firing many of them at the same time. It'll be very bright.
Soon, they started firing multiple fireworks at the same time. Colorful explosions were going off in the sky. Liam was enjoying what he saw. There were many explosions in red, green, blue, purple, yellow, and even a few with two colors.
Liam: I like the green, and blue ones. Those are awesome.
Kevin: My paborito is the red, and blue ones.
Liam: *Watches thirty fireworks go off within fifteen seconds* Wooh! What a finale.
Kevin: Let's walk back to my truck. *Leaving with Liam* So, nothing bad happened, and we got to enjoy a great display of fireworks.
Liam: I agree. That was a grand show.
Kevin: *Trips* Whoa! *Falls into the water*

David: *Confused, he also jumps, but his name does not appear* Huh, weird. *His name falls on the ground susunod to him* Oh cool. *Grabs his name, but it goes up very quickly, taking him along the way*
Liam: *Looks up at David* Where's he going? *His name appears from the bottom, and gets under Liam's feet, also taking him up to the sky* Whoa. Cool!!
Liz: *Looking up at Liam* Have fun not being able to breath. *Gets hit in the head sa pamamagitan ng her name*
Wayne: *Looks at Liz, and laughs, but he gets hit from the front sa pamamagitan ng his name*
Miss. Heart: Uh oh. *Also gets hit sa pamamagitan ng her name*
Mack: Cool! *Gets hit sa pamamagitan ng his name*
Parker: Everyone's either gone, or beaten up sa pamamagitan ng floating names. I can go in. *Sees his name on the door* When did that get there?.. Maybe I can wait until tomorrow to come back. *Leaves*
Mr. Nut: *Goes upstairs to his room, and gets into his bed. He turns off the lights*
