As sinabi in the book, he can switch shapes like Tonks, so he might've inherited madami from Tonks then Lupin, so he'll be madami on the human side during the full-moon.
I don't think he'll be a full were-wolf, he wasn't bitten, his father was. There's still a lot of human in him, especialy considering Lupin was turned madami and madami human during his transformation sa pamamagitan ng the company of James P, Sirius and Peter Pettigrew. I don't know if that stayed with him...
