The reason that he looks slightly taller than Gwyneth in "Iron Man" and "Iron Man 2" is that he was actually asked to wear lifts sa pamamagitan ng Jon Favreau for the movie.

They made him special platform shoes. You can see them in a few scenes if you look closely enough.
