I don't know if you guys like the banner that is up right now but it's not my favorite. I have been trying to find a really great one, but whenever I find one and put it on the spot page it doesn't look very good. Anyways, if anyone has a good banner that would fit well, could you tell me how to get to it, and then I could post it.

This one looks good... Their heads are lower down so less of a chance of a guillotine scenario... lol
