No, she's not related to them. Most of Naoko's characters such as Usagi and Chibi-Usa have odango hair style (odango-meaning bola-bola in English). In the anime, Chibi-Chibi is Sailor Comos but in the magna Sailor Cosmos is Usagi's ultimate form. Naoko herself doesn't even know

yeah i did too..im glad someone asked this question..i too am re-watching sailor moon..but the english dub..they take out so much..

In the anime, no, not at all. She's just the Light of Hope. How cheesy, I know. In the manga, she has a much better story. Chibi Chibi is Sailor Cosmos disguised. Sailor Cosmos is Usagi from a parallel future, a doomed one at that, and she returns to the past to try to get Eternal Sailor Moon to destroy the Cauldron, where Senshi are born. This would keep evil from being born, but it'd also keep good Senshi from being born, so Usagi refuses. Cosmos decided that Usagi made the right choice and goes back to her universe to confront Chaos. Cosmos is also 30th Century Chibiusa's actual mother. The Neo-Queen Serenity we see in R and the 2nd arc is Cosmos before becoming a Senshi again. Our Usagi has her own Chibiusa in the future as well as a 2nd duaghter, Kousagi. Hope that wasn't overkill^_^

well, I agree with most of what you sinabi except, no offense, but Cosmos is not necessarily Neo-Queen Serenity. From what I know, she is actually the final form of Sailor Moon from the distant future. I'm also pretty sure that USAGI is Neo-Queen Serenity. What you have sinabi regarding Kousagi is in PARALLEL Sailor Moon, an alternate universe where there is no Crystal Tokyo and Usagi and the rest of the scouts are living normal lives.
