It's not Taka. It's only a fanfiction name made up sa pamamagitan ng an outsider childrens' book writer, while Scar's creators ignored his book, and downright denied it on the commentary track sa pamamagitan ng calling the cub "Fluffy" instead of tieing the book in.
The film makers have never revealed their own official original name for Scar.
It's left up to fanfiction, profit or non-profit.

scar has no other name but "Scar". There's no official name ibingiay to Scar but a few outsiders who created TLK:SNA books that ibingiay him the name, "Taka" which is not official to Disney and is completely ignored from the Walt Disney company.
