How could Snape make a couple with Hermione when in the story she goes for a character like Ron?Ron is nothing like Snape!Bellatrix is way too evil for him.Narcissa shows lifelong devotion to those she loves as in her family.So in this respect Snape has something in common with her,not saying they would make a good match though.But he protects Harry and Draco.

They are sudden know it alls. They are able 2 know wahts right and whats wrong. Its funny how Snape soon found out who ( Harry ) was in his memory and I know that Snape could have Hermione about what has happen. I dont understand why Snape screamed " Get out, get out and I don`t want you 2 be in this office again!" at poor Harry.

Snape can't stand Hermione-evident from when he met her he determined that she was "a silly girl" to dressing her down in front of the entire class as an "insufferable-know-it-all". He probably would rather have to help Hagrid with some mundane task for a whole month than have any relationship thoughts about Granger. Even though Tonks is more his match tallent-wise they would clash emotionally. Narcissa is unthinkable- she is his best friends wife and his god-son's mother. Bella is probably the best match, but the two can't stand each other and he detest everything she stands for.
Honestly, the best match for Snape would be one of his fangirls because we understand and love him. <3

Snape and Hermione?? That really is possibly the worst idea EVER (In my personal opinion, not getting at anyone).

I picked Tonks 'cause I think it would be a hilariously explosive relationship, BUT!!... I would never take Tonks away from Lupin as he's my 3rd fav character, and I would only want Snape to be with someone who could make him truly happy, and I don't think we were ever introduced to that character (as I was never in the books, joke :D ).
I just want him to be alive and happy, or, at least (and worst) peaceful in death D':

I like Severus and Hermione also. Though not as much while she's still at school. Don't really know why, the pairing just appeals to me. I think she's got the right combination of just enough in common to get along with him and being just enough of an opposite to complement him. They also seem to have the same sense of humor.

Do you really think so? I think almost all his lines are literally dripping with sarcastic humour, while I cannot remember many Hermione's lines showing any sense of humour. But I may be wrong of course ;)

She did have a sense of humor. It's typically wry and sarcastic, like Severus'. But I just don't think he belongs with any of these women. :/ I wouldn't want to just throw him at someone; he wouldn't truly be happy that way.

@dramaqueen00 :-) yes, Hermione. Obviously we're not talking about an 11 year old Hermione here. Don't see why so many people make such a fuss about this ship. There doesn't seem to any issues with say the characters of Marianne Dashwood (16 years old) and Colonel Brandon (35 years old) in Sense and Sensibility. Not to mention all the vampire characters everyone is so into now. I mean Bella is 17 and Edward is 104! Surely it's not the teacher/student thing...because I agree entirely with LadyLilith that that just adds to the whole hotness factor.

Severus/Hermione because Hermione matches Severus in intellect, also she has a fiery personality and I really think they would have conversations about some people wouldnt even know and even if they are like 20 years apart in age it doesnt matter to some people because you love who you love no matter how far apart in age they are.
