He is your boyfriend :) you are not together with him because he has the biggest or most awesome penis, I guess. Tell him that you think he uses the wrong size, but also that it doesn't really matter to you and you enjoy sleeping with him - considering you still do. Plus if you only use condoms for protection it's rather important to use a size that's not way too big :/
