That night Sherlock slept on the couch, He didn't want to make things madami awkward with Joan. When he woke, he thought about what to say to her, he couldn't just ignore this. He sat up and saw Irene in the kitchen.
'Your up early.'
'Couldn't sleep, What about you?'
'A lot on my mind.' Irene went and sat susunod to him.
'Here.' She handed him a cup of tea.
'Thank you.' He took a sip.
'So what's on your mind?' Sherlock remained silent, just staring at his tea. 'Does it have something to do with you sleeping on the couch?'

After a couple of days, Joan was discharged but they kept Sherlock in for madami observation along with Mycroft. As his brother slept, Sherlock couldn't help but blame himself. If he knew Moriarty was in London his would never have come and this probably wouldn't have happened. Joan crept in along with this Joseph.
