Special A has 7 characters mainly hikari hanazono and kei takishima.These two are rivals since childhood.Hikari is a simple girl who's mission in life is to beat kei takishima, this is because kei is the only person who can beat her.Kei on the other hand has a hidden pag-ibig interest in hikari since then.The pag-ibig and rivalry is shown in the story which gives it uniqueness unlike in other manga series.
