Flagging posts that do not make good questions, sagot or comments for closure or deletion is the way Stack Exchange maintains quality control throughout its networks. And while Stack Exchanges Networks are the prime reason a lot of people are happy campers, the quality control mission could be altered slightly. When people see a wrong post they automatically flag and that is right. You flag to ipakita others that a post needs attention and eventually other users vote about what to the post and some even improve it.
