Captain Rex itched at his chest plate irritably, as they made to land. He was a little madami then a uncomfortable with his new information. Sargent Finger's laught as they got closer.
"Guess she's a little eager to see us or is it just you captain." Ahsoka was easily seen in her jedi balabal near the platform.
Rex snorted,"Very funny sargent or should I say private." A very confident chuckle rebounded back. The bastard knew there was no way he'd get demoted."Time to make a quick ulat and see where the hell the rest of us are." As the captain slide down the ladder, Ahsoka ran up to him."I'm so glad you're alright, but couldn't you have been alittle faster." Taking off his helmet, he could clearly see the darkened rings around under her eyes and hear the hint of worry still not completely gone from her voice. He almost reached out to her, when his sargent came skidding down. Saluting he said,"Good araw commander. Which tent do we ulat to?" Ahsoka pointed at the one behind her. As Rex and Ahsoka took lead, she asked."What's up with the Sargent?" Rex let a small smile touch his lips."He met someone." The padawan glanced back. It hardly seemed possible,but the man did have an even lighter step then usual."How only padawan's, jedi, and crew are allowed on the board.Its not one of the padawan's, is it?" Rex paused as he looked down at her. How could she say that knowing of her own for him? He shrugged letting the thought go before she caught on. "She was a surprise landing you could say. This vid will explain better then I could." All three entered the tent to make their ulat to General's Skywalker and Kenobi.
"Impressive.Why isn't she here?" Anakin sinabi after viewing the vid. Rex stepped forward,
" She tried sir, the damned thing started to bleed." Kenobi put a finger to his lips."There's no way to remove the implament in her chest?"
The sargent replied,"No. The shade sinabi it was apart of her duty to carry it." Kenobi and Anakin looked at each other. They'd run into shades before."Who's shade was it trooper?" Anakin inquired."Her sister's.general." Sargent Finger's responded with madami feeling then he should have.Master Kenobi cought."It's an unfortunate burden for all involved." Anakin nodded,"Yes we could've used a helping hand since the seps. have dug in. Planting mine fields we're still accidentally finding." Dissmissing the clones, the three left in the tent stood silent. The two general's Nawawala in the new information, while Ahsoka fidgeted thinking how good it was to have her captain finally here. Two days later things couldn't have been much worse.
