Can anyone tell me who makes (or made) these stuffies?

Or where to find them? My girlfriend came across this guy on tumblr and fell in pag-ibig with it. She asked the person who posted it, but they sinabi they'd bought it at a garahe sale and didn't know the brand or anything. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
