Why do you think Supernatural is so Popular?

I think it's because this ipakita is so emotionally powerful, and the characters are so real. There are few characters in Supernatural that I can't sympathize with on at least one aspect (namely, Ruby and Zachariah), so it's easy to get caught up in the story and get attached to the characters. Then, when something happens to them, we tend to laugh or cry or scream along with them. Every episode is an emotional roller coaster, taking us from joy and laughter, to tears of sorrow, to screaming in terror, to shouting in rage, and back again. And the suspense, the plots, the way the stories are told- I knew nothing about ghosts before I started watching this show, I still don't believe most of what they say, but the stories and dialogue are so well-written that it's hard to feel Nawawala for too long. And if you do, it's you're own fault! Watch the earlier episodes if you have to, but eventually you should pick up on all the details.

Oh, and don't forget the sex appeal. Hehe, just had to throw that in as an afterthought. ;D

It's a realistic character drama set in a horror story that thinks it's a comedy. The characters are interesting and relatable, not to mention attractive. The setting is a very well done blend of horror and comedy. You care about the characters, and the special effects are good, so the horror is appropriately dramatic. Even though the danger is serious, the creators are free about poking fun at themselves. There's a big element about killing the pretentiousness of traditional horror sa pamamagitan ng blasting classic rock amid general silliness. The characters are kind of representative of the subversive American spirit, fighting for free will. There's a heavy Christian element, yet even this is represented in a subversive light, questioning authority even when the authority is angels. Then, there's interesting homages to myths that make it madami intellectual than you'd expect this kind of ipakita to be. There's a lot of substance to it.

Supernatural is popular because it is truly a great show. I know a ipakita is good when I'm watching and I have to ask: 'who writes this stuff!?'. The dialogue alone is worth watching. You can never guess what's gonna come out of Dean's mouth next. Perfect example: the episode 5:1, where the mga kerubin ipakita up at Chucks place..We all know Dean has issues with the angels, but when he called Zachariah a "two faced douche" and preceded to tell him to "cram it with walnuts, ugly, I Nawawala it. *lol* I pag-ibig the fact that the boys are so different< personality wise. At the core, Dean has a kind of hard edge, while Sam is softer. But at the same time, Dean can be heroic and compassionate. And if the situation calls for it, Sam can be a bad asno (I pag-ibig to see him get pissed of). The supporting characters are wonderful additions to the show. Bobby, Cas, Jo, Ellen, Chuck..And I don't care what anyone says, I loved Ruby's character. I hated to see her go. I would even like to see Lisa (the girl with the son, who Dean loves) on the ipakita madami often. The stories are well written, you just couldn't ask for a madami well rounded show. You laugh, cry, get scared or pissed..You go through all these different emotions in the span of one hour. I have never watched anything before where I was so invested in the relationship of the main characters. These guys are brothers but they are also like soulmates, like Ash sinabi when they went to heaven. I hate to see them fight, but I pag-ibig to see them come back together for the greater good. I'm a tagahanga forever. I only hope that the ipakita maintains it's integrity while it goes through these upcoming changes. They madami or less wrapped up the whole "Apocolypse" story line and I'm real curious to find out where they go from here. I hope they have ten seasons :)

Good-looking actors are the main virtues of Supernatural. Besides, the conflict between good and evil is one of the most actual topics.

I wish I knew why it’s so popular. I know that it’s popular with me because I pag-ibig the genre it’s under. I pag-ibig horror, suspense, mystery, magic, that’s why I like it. I wish there was a deeper reason for me. And, without sounding superficial, Sam, Dean, and Castiel are all so cute! But totally not the only reason for watching!

I wish I could put into words why this ipakita is so darn popular, but I can’t. but if I have to, I guess it’s because of the intensity that’s in every episode. How emotional it can be, how funny it can be, it’s the perfect show, it has everything in it.

My reason for why I like it, I guess because of the stories, the twists that the ipakita takes. The way I’ve gotten so attached to all the characters, and how if something happens to them, I take it personally.

But it’s ligtas to say that it’s popular because of Dean, Sam, Castiel and yes even Bobby! They make the ipakita what it has grown to be.

personaly I belive it's because it's so awesome ... But it's madami than just pure awesomeness that makes this ipakita the best tv ipakita ever made - it's pure hottness !!! I really belive that if it didn't have the extremely hot guys on it (jared padalecki...jensen ackles...misha Collins...jake abel...jeffery dean morgan) it wouldn't be as popular as it is now ... But that's just my opinion ! XD x

Well let's see, the writers are phenomenal. I mean seriously, the plot lines are intricate but still followable. The ipakita always manages to take a turn that no one saw coming, without being completely ludicrous and yet it's still unpredictable (something M. Night Shymalan tries so hard to pull off but can't anymore).
And did I mention how HILARIOUS they can be? I pag-ibig the way they can pull off such serious moments (like say... the end of "heart") that make you want to cry without feeling like a sally little girl, and yet they can also be damn funny (like the entire Bad araw at Black Rock episode, or anything Dean has ever said).
There's also the multi-dimensional characters that are so complex but realistic nonetheless. i mean come on we all know a guy like Dean, cocky, witty, sarcastic, and completely down on himself. And then there's the Sam in your life, the optimist, the good boy, the sweetheart that the world just keeps taking a dump on until he can't keep it up anymore.
But none of that is really relevant, we all know the REAL reason that Supernatural is popular:

i think the supernatural power is so fantasitic and it can indulge the inside curisity and maybe people are interested in the misterious things and people pitaka the sagot of the superpower .anthor reason i think ,maybe is the use of the high technolgy in the series of the pelikula .they call a lot of attentions .

When I started watching Supernatural, I hadn't developed any crushed on Sam or Dean, and was really absorbed sa pamamagitan ng the show.
It was interesting, had awesome urban legends too.
I think it's because millions of people are curious to learn madami about urban legends and scary monsters and how to fight them, then stay watching Supernatural because the brothers' relationship is amazing, and because the actors are hot.
Maybe mostly because the actors are hot, because at conventions nearly ALL the audience is women.
Jensen and Jared actually congratulate you on being a man if you are one and you ask a tanong LOL. Do you think they ever get sick that it's mostly women? The ipakita was mainly for men at first.

Supernatural is a sensation gripping the nation!

Well for one the ipakita has a good story line.The ipakita gives us every thing we want with out going over bored with sex and blood and most of all they are fine as hell :-)

Not too meny people can say thay have a ipakita thay watch on tv that give them all the feeling and pain this ipakita has i know the reality we all feel,day to araw is nothing like what sam and dean go through but some times it is hard and you dont know if its god or the devil or it jest yourself throwing a monkeywhench in the mix but the one thing you know is that if you think you have no one that's when life take you to some dark places but your mga kaibigan and family are the light that will pull you out! That is what this ipakita is about for me... 

The major reason of the popularity of Supernatural is because of the two actors, Jensen Ackles (Dean W.) and Jared Padalecki (Sam W.)... if they are gone from the show, producers will be really damned... from the 1st to the current season (7th) many things have been changed in SPN, other than the actors... cos they r the puso of the show...
