Ok, I need help here. I know how golems are made, and their purpose. But I don't know how they work.

The only golems I know are from "Wicked" sa pamamagitan ng Nancy Hoilder and Debbi Viguie. I know what they are made for, and how they're made, I just don't know how they do their bidding, and that's where I need your help, because me and my friend are stuck at the best part of our Supernatural rp because of this predicament.
Can someone help me?
