I loved Dogma, Kevin Smith is a God. Anyway, I really don't think so. But it is a possibility. I really don't want to guess on that one. I really hope they aren't copying Dogma, that would be a little sad. I think that it is funny that most of the angels haven't met him/her. They have to have divine faith. How do we know that Zach even knows where God would be. Maybe it was more metephorical, as in God has the left the building for him. Like he doesn't have faith anymore.

OK, my first reaction was "Is Lucy still hangover from her party?" but this could be a possibility but it would be a repetition of Battlestar Galactica (where out of the blue,certain crew members realised they were never human beings) even if I don't think they could pull it off equally that well.

I believe that the angels never meeting God is ingenious because never meeting someone and having faith in Him shows the magnitude of someone's faith.I agree with mel about the metaphor of God leaving the building.It's mostly about you having lost hope and let's not forget that faith and hope have a strong correlation.God might be providing his angels with another test to see if they still have faith in Him even though He is "supposedly" absent, seeing if they will go down the path of Lu( arrogance and contempt of the human race) sth Uriel definitely followed and Zachariah is seemingly doing the same.
